WHAT FABRICS DO YOU USE?

HOW OFTEN NEW FABRICS ARE AVAILABLE?

Generally, we add new fabrics to our site every couple of weeks, sometimes every week. We carry fabrics until they sell out, which can be anywhere from one week to three months. We notify you of new fabric launches via an email newsletter, so be sure to sign up with us.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

We usually do not restock sold out items but instead purchase new fabrics for new collections to bring you the latest trends from the industry. However, solid staples will be found year-round. Write to us at care@kollared.com specifying about the particular fabric/design and we shall try our best to make it available for you.

I'VE SOME IDEAS FOR A PARTICULAR GARMENT, CAN YOU DO A CUSTOM DESIGN FOR ME?

Of course! We are extremely flexible. Send us an e-mail with your specific requests in detail and we will notify you about whether we can do it and to what price.

Measurements & Fit Promise

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE WHILE GETTING MEASURED?

Nowadays it’s quite difficult you can make a mistake while getting measured, because our algorithm will estimate your body type, plus our "How to Measure" videos are very easy to understand. In the unlikely event that you make a mistake and our tailors can’t detect it, your garment will be tailored using that inaccurate information, so it will not fit you properly.

Fortunately, our “Perfect Fit Promise” will help here. If the mistake was small, you will only need to bring it to a local tailor and we will cover the expenses to fix it. In case the mistake was big, we will remake the product for you, correcting the mistaken measurement.

DO YOU OFFER STANDARD SIZES?

Fortunately, we don’t offer garments in standard sizes. And that’s good news for you! Kollared does not have any garments in stock; all our products are handmade based on the specific measurements of each customer.

We understand that you may love how a specific size of a specific brand fits you, but let’s assume it, that’s not how things should go. Our bodies should not be forced to fit on a garment size, but the other way round. That’s why we encourage you to try our custom made garments and discover that they will fit you better than any other standard size garment you ever had.

Orders & Account

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

You can expect delivery within 2-3 weeks of ordering. Because custom suits sometimes require little teaking to achieve the perfect fit. The delivery time may vary a bit if we need more information regarding your order, as we do a sanity check for all the measurements and will contact you if any measurement looks unreasonable.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order has been placed, you can login to your account, go to Order History and track the order status.

The order status will indicate as followings:

  • Awaiting Approval - We review your customized measurements and contact you if necessary. Otherwise, your order will be processed as soon as possible.
  • In Production - Your order is in production.
  • Dispatched - Your order is dispatched from our factory.
  • Delivered - Your order has been delivered.
  • Cancelled - We have received a cancellation request from you and the same has been accepted.
DO YOU SAVE CARD CREDIT/DEBIT INFORMATION?

Your payment details are directly sent to the payment gateway in an encrypted format. We do not store any of these details on our server.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I FIND IT?

If you forget your password, simply click on the "forgot password" link and follow the instructions.

Pricing & Payment

ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES?

Absolutely! All the prices are inclusive of GST & shipping fees. For shipments outside of India, shipping fees, taxes & customs duties, if any, must be borne by the customer.

DOES PRICING DIFFER BASED ON CUSTOMIZATION COMBINATIONS THAT I CHOOSE?

Yes, pricing is based on the fabric you select and the customizations made on the product. All additional charges will be notified to you while you design your outfit and before the transaction is concluded.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We accept all major Debit & Credit Cards. We also accept payment through Net-Banking and multiple digital wallets. We are constantly working to get you more options and ease of processing your payments.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION?

Since our products are custom-made and hence not re-saleable, we are unable to provide this payment option. All the orders have to be paid online prior to the order being placed.

MY CARD IS CHARGED BUT MY ORDER IS NOT CONFIRMED?

Do not worry just send us an email at care@kollared.com and we will take care of it. If we have received your transfer in our account we will let you know and confirm your order at our end, or else your bank should automatically wire it back into your account in around 7-10 working days.

I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR TALL OR LARGE MEN?

Yes. There is a 10 % upcharge on the product value for large sized customers.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, we will not be able to re-route it to another address.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We use multiple logistics partners across the world. We will email you tracking information when your order ships.

CAN I GET AN EXPRESS DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, not yet. We shall notify you when we are ready for it, so keep subscribed to our newsletter.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you can login to your account, go to Order History and track the delivery status.

The delivery status will indicate as followings:

  • Dispatched - Your order is dispatched from our factory.
  • In-Transit - Your order in on the way to you.

Alterations

I NEED TO ALTER MY KOLLARED GARMENT, PLEASE HELP!

We have got you covered. Relax!

We put in a lot of love & hardwork in making your custom-made garments. Mostly, the fit is great but sometimes we would be presented with an opportunity to get to know you a little better. Maybe the measurements went wrong, maybe the type of fit understanding went wrong. We can totally understand but be rest assured that each garment goes through a rigorous quality control and check process. But each person's viewpoint and feeling of the garment may differ. This is the reason why we provide an additional alteration policy over and above our already amazing prices and offerings as compared to other brands.

Considering sustainability, your garment has ample room for alterations in Chest, Waist, Hips and Sleeves. Our customers see alterations more as a process and less of a hassle as it helps in achieving a right expectation for the even the most minute detail. You will fall in love with our product & service quality and keep coming back to us because, we believe in building trust by doing great work repeatedly.

WHAT ALTERATIONS ARE POSSIBLE IN MY GARMENT?

All the garments are individually cut and tailor made and have ample of room for alterations. You can get your sleeves altered upto 1 inch. Chest, waist and hips can be altered upto 2 inches each. Trousers can altered upto 2 inches as well. Kindly consult with our stylist for more details.

TILL WHEN CAN I SEND MY KOLLARED GARMENTS FOR ALTERATION?

Within 15 days of receiving your order. All you need to do is raise an alteration request through your account and we will arrange a free reverse pick up for you and make the required alterations and ship them back to you in no time.

If you require any alterations after 15 days of receiving your order, we request you to ship the garment to us using your local logistic service. Once we receive your garment, we will alter and ship them back to you at no additional cost. We request you to be very clear with your alterations request. In our experience, most of the alterations are personal viewpoint based. The slim fit may differ for a lean built person as opposed to a stout built person. But it is our promise that we will work with you to achieve a truly great fit for your custom-made garment. Free alteration will be provided upto 60 days after receiving the order. All alterations must be an inch or more. Alterations once made cannot be reversed.

CAN I GET MY KOLLARED GARMENT ALTERED LOCALLY?

If you would like to fine tune, you can easily consult your local alterations shop and to adjust the charges, use our alteration credit. You can also write to us so that one of our stylists can provide you with an objective second opinion of how your garment fits. You will receive a personal attention from our stylist who will make suggestions on how to best improve the fit of your garment. You can send us the invoice and we will reimburse you the invoice value (Maximum to 10 % of your product value) to your bank account. Local alterations insurance is only valid for 30 days of receiving your order.

WHAT IS THE ALTERATION CREDIT THAT YOU PROVIDE?

Unlike other brands, we do not overcharge! Period. We are happy to provide alterations credit upto 10 % of your product value as our commitment to provide you the best services possible. So, for example, if you have bought a Custom Suit for Rs. 10,000/- (excluding shipping), you are eligible to receive an alterations credit upto Rs. 1,000/- We encourage customers to avail alterations credit only in the case where they genuinely require alteration and not in the case of measurement error. Alterations credit is disbursed on a case-to-case basis and is available within 30 days of receiving your custom made garment.

HOW TO AVAIL ALTERATION CREDIT?

In order to avail alteration credit, you will need to scan the alteration receipt and email it to us to qualify for the credit. We will process the credit to your bank account within 72 hours of receiving the receipt and make changes to your measurement profile so that in future your garments can fit perfectly.

WHAT IF MY GARMENT CAN'T BE ALTERED?

We will do a remake for free!

Let us assure you that in our experience, the chances of remakes are a rarity. We pay a lot of attention in making the garment as per the entered measurements. Each garment goes through a rigorous quality & measurement check before we ship them from our factory. In the rare case, where there has been a production error from our end, we will offer a full remake, no questions asked.

However, in the situation where a remake is necessary, please follow the following guidelines. Firstly, in order to qualify for a remake, you can send us an email at care@kollared.com within 30 days of receiving the garment. Please follow the return instructions by our customer support very carefully for the reverse pickup anywhere within India. In remote areas where reverse shipment facilities would not be available we might ask you to ship your garment to us. We will refund the shipping charges in that case (maximum of Rs. 250/-) Returned garment should be in an unworn and unaltered condition. Design or styling cannot be changed for the returned garment. Kollared, reserves all rights to judgement of the requirements of a remake.

Gift Cards & Store Credits

HOW CAN I USE THE STORE CREDIT THAT I HAVE?

When you have the credit in your account, it should automatically appear in your shopping cart. You should see a box where it says if you want to use your available credit. Click on 'Redeem' to use it!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We love people that think about others.  In fact your idea is a very good one. We do offer gift cards and be rest assured that he will love it!

HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?

In order to use a gift card as a payment you just need to apply the gift code that you received in the cart page. The box to introduce it is right under the last product on the list. You will find a box that reads "Do you have a coupon code or gift card?"

HOW CAN I REDEEM A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

In order to redeem a promotional code, you just need to make sure that:

  1. The promotion is still active. They are for a limited period only.
  2. Your order is eligible for it. You just need to add the necessary products to your cart.

Then, in the Cart Page, under the last product on the list, you will find a box that reads "Do you have a coupon code or gift card?"

WILL MY GARMENT SHRINK, AND IF SO, THEN HOW MUCH?

We generally use pre-shrunk fabrics to avoid shrinking. However, owing to the fine nature of fabrics, 1% - 2% shrinkage can be expected after repeated washing, which is in line with acceptable tolerances. Make sure to check out and follow our Wash Care instructions to get the best out of your garment.

CAN I BASE MY MEASUREMENT ON A WELL FITTED GARMENT THAT I OWN?

Of course, you can! Just select the "Send my Perfect Fit garment" option in the measurement ....... Once you checkout and process the payment, we will send you a shipping label on your registered email address.

This shipping label will also be visible in your order history below your order number. All you need to do is pack your best fit garment, affix the label on the parcel and courier it to us. We will return your best fit garment along with the order.

As long as your ordered garment have not gone in production, you have the chance to alter details/measurements by mailing us at care@kollared.com. We begin production of your order very quickly, hence it best advisable to mail any changes within two hours of placing the order, else we may not be able to incorporate them. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account.
