Your unique identifier is your email ID. You are responsible for updating the same as we will send all communication on your order status and delivery details to this email ID only. Further, adding your mobile number to the account information allows us to contact you in case of any requirements to schedule appointments, alterations, advise delivery of orders as well as any unforeseen circumstance.
We respect your privacy. In compliance with data privacy laws governing the jurisdictions in which we provide our service, you may delete your account at any time. Upon any termination, discontinuation or cancellation of Services or your Account, the following provisions will survive: "Pricing", "Payment", "Trademark Copyright and Restriction", "Privacy Policy", "Governing Law & Arbitration".
You may at any time unsubscribe from our newsletters, email or SMS campaigns by clicking on the appropriate settings in your Profile on our website.
You further agree to accept responsibility for all transactions made from your account and any dispute arising out of any misuse of your account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential, whether by any family member, friend, relative, any third party or otherwise shall not be entertained by the Company. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you log out of your account at the end of each session.
You agree to notify Kollared immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may not use anyone else's Kollared username, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that Kollared ID, password or account. Kollared cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
For the graphical images used in the Garment designer, we have made an effort to illustrate your garment designs as close as possible to what the finished garment will look like. However, these graphical images are for visualization only, especially the colors vary in accordance with the quality of your computer or phone or tablet screen. The products you receive may differ slightly from the images in the Garment designer. Our website tries to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error - free.
Kollared has a single repository for measurements for a customer's garment. The most recent version of the measurements will be referred to as the base measurement for the customer profile. We store your measurements for future reference.
Based on the selected fit, we add loosening margin to your measurements. Every fabric has a unique weight, feel and fall; hence measurements may appear to be different. Please be prepared for slight variances in fit based on fabrics. Please be aware that sometimes there may be slightly visible chalk marks on some of Kollared garments like Shirts & Trousers which will dissolve after the first wash.
All Kollared custom made garments are made to order. Delivery time will vary from product to product and cannot be guaranteed. An indicative time period is approximately 7-21 days including shipping time. Shipping delays due to courier companies cannot be controlled by Kollared.
If a fabric chosen by you is found to be sold out, we will offer you similar options. If the options are not suitable, a refund will be provided for the garment in question (unless clubbed with a promotional offer). Items purchased via gift cards are not entitled to a refund in cash or credit, but may be refunded as store credits to the beneficiary’s account with Kollared.
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product or Service that you have ordered from www.kollared.com, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the Product, you will receive a full refund to your account or in the form of store credits.
Our prices for India are inclusive of GST. For shipments outside of India, you will be solely responsible for calculating and paying any and all taxes, customs duties, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country in relation to the Products or Services. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.
Our pricing is based on sizes up to 44” (forty-four inches) chest measurement. For garment dimensions above this size, a 10% (ten percent) additional fee is applicable. For our international customers, please note that all charges are in the currency displayed on the website. In case of any inter Bank fees, Kollared has no control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that customer will bear these charges (if any).
In case where a refund is issued, we will not refund any shipping charges, custom duties or taxes as applicable.
Payments will be made through our payment gateway partner – Razorpay. All of our prices for Indian customers are inclusive of GST. The safety of your credit card information is of paramount importance to us. We do not store any credit card information and your payment details are automatically encrypted. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Products will not be dispatched and services will not be performed until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
On the first fitting under the fit guarantee promise, if the custom-made garment does not fit quite right, we will facilitate all reasonable alterations to provide a well fitted garment.
However, we reserve the right to refuse alterations if we consider the garment to fit appropriately.
Instances where we will not cover alterations include:
Incase, if the customer do not want to send the garment for alteration to us and wish to get it altered locally then KOLLARED will reimburse for the same. The customer needs to inform us the fitting issue first in order to receive alteration allowance. The alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garment being altered. The maximum alteration allowance provided will be 10% of the product value on the production of a valid tailoring receipt.
For international customers, if the custom-made garment requires minor changes to fit, we offer adjustment at a local tailor of your choice. We will reimburse 10% of the product value as alteration allowance on the production of a valid tailoring receipt.
We do not accept returns for custom-made garments as they are made to your body measurements and preferences.
If you think your garment could be adjusted for a better fit, please refer to our Alteration policy above.
Returns can be made only in case, if there are any issues with the quality or fabrication of your garments, please email us at: care@kollared.com within 72 hours of delivery. Within the email, please describe your concerns with the garments and attach relevant photos. Our customer service executive will reach out within 24 hours to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Kollared will only accept products that are in good and unworn condition. We reserve the right to deny the issuance of a refund to any order that is believed to have been previously worn or damaged. Kollared will not accept products that have been altered or amended in any way.
To ensure quick delivery service, we begin production of your custom-made garment as quickly as we can. As long as your order is not in production, you can change or cancel the order by contacting us.
The company reserves the right to cancel any order if any account information submitted by the user is found to be suspect. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

In case of order cancellation, returns in compliance with our return policy or lost shipments, we shall provide you with Gift Cards or store credits as compensation. You can adjust these store credits against your next order with us.
Gift cards are valid for a period of one year. Gift cards can be redeemed with sale and offers. Gift cards can be used until full card amount is redeemed. No refunds or returns will be applicable for gift card amount. Multiple gift cards cannot be clubbed and used at the same time.
Kollared may at times offer promotional codes to our customers to avail of special discounts and offers. The promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Promotional codes are valid on purchases using Gift Cards.
Kollared values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. Kollared recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We will not rent, give (we do give their address, name etc. to the delivery companies, so we should clarify the language here so that it is given only for the purpose of completing the transaction and to the extent necessary for the same) or sell your personally identifiable information to any outside organisation for that organisation's own use without your consent. For all purchases, Kollared’s liability extends to the value of the products purchased by the customer.

We may also periodically send you emails that directly promote the offerings of Kollared.
